Consider/Approve Report of Local Education Agency Compliance |

Background Information: Annually, the Board must approve the Report of Local Education Agency Compliance. The Board certifies to the State Department of Education, as part of the school approval process, that the School System and individual schools are in compliance with Tennessee statutes, and with the State Board of Education’s Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards. To the best of my knowledge and belief, our System and individual schools are in compliance with Tennessee statutes and the State Board of Education’s Rules, Regulations, and Minimum Standards. Staff Recommendation: I recommend approval of the Report of Local Education Agency Compliance. |
